gavel 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a project consultation, or commissioning custom digital services from KI Tech (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any accompanying Statements of Work (SOW).

assignment 2. Scope of Services

KI Tech provides professional digital solutions including, but not limited to:

• Custom Software Engineering (Enterprise applications, cloud architectures, REST APIs - Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interfaces)
• Business Intelligence (Data visualization, ETL - Extract, Transform, Load pipelines, analytics dashboards)
• Excel PRO Solutions (Macro automation, VBA - Visual Basic for Applications scripts, financial and operational models)
• Custom Website Design & Maintenance

Specific deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are outlined in client-specific project agreements.

copyright 3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full and final payment for contracted deliverables, all custom source code, spreadsheets, assets, and documentation created specifically for the client become the exclusive property of the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the SOW (Statement of Work).

KI Tech retains the right to utilize general know-how, open-source libraries, and reusable utility patterns developed during the project.

verified 4. Warranty & Bug-Fix Period

Unless otherwise agreed, KI Tech offers a complimentary 30-day post-deployment warranty period during which any verified bugs or deviations from agreed technical specifications are resolved at zero additional charge.

payments 5. Payment & Milestone Billing

Standard enterprise engagements follow milestone-based billing (e.g. Discovery & Architecture, Development Milestones, Final Acceptance). Invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance via bank wire, NEFT/RTGS, or approved digital gateways.

balance 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KI Tech or the proprietor of KI Tech be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, third-party hosting outages, or loss of operational data, exceeding the total amount paid by the client under the specific service agreement.

location_city 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ankleshwar or Bharuch, Gujarat, India.
